Fans tune in every week to VH1′s Love and Hip Hop to see the drama unfold, especially the tumultuous love triangle including MIMI FAUST , STEVIE J , and JOSELINE . FAUST caught up with TT Torrez of iPower 92 to discuss STEVIE J’s alleged engagement to JOSELINE, and how things are with her and STEVIE J now. “I knew something was going on, I just didn’t know what … we actually started the show maybe a month after I found out about what was going on,” FAUST admitted about STEVIE J cheating on her. When asked if STEVIE J is really going to marry his artist/former stripper JOSELINE, she giggled, “Oh God! Come on. Stop it!” She added, “The therapy was his idea because he wanted to get back on a page, you know he was still telling me ‘I want my family’ and blah blah ‘this is just business’ ‘This is just work’ ‘Please lets just work this out’ and ‘I love you.’” We’ll know if FAUST decided to take the cheater..er..we mean STEVIE J, back tonight at 8pm on VH1.

Although its been awhile since we’ve heard new music from rapper and superstar producer, JERMAINE DUPRI , he’s kept his ears close to hip hop music and has a really strong opinion about it. DUPRI recently sat down with GlobalGrind.com and discussed his disdain with the current state of hip hop, “I wish that people would stay in their own lanes and do what the f**k they do, as oppose to trying to do everything that everbody else do.” Apparently JD isn’t too fond of rappers who sing, during his interview he stated, “if you a singer be a singer and let the rappers rap… it becomes too cloggish and rappers don’t even have their own lane anymore.” DUPRI went further to address a trend he’s noticed in recently hip hop music, “every rapper I’ve heard in the last few weeks sound like Drake to me… Y’all can’t even tell the difference.”

Reality starlet JENNIFER WILLIAMS has been searching for love ever since filing for divorce from ex-husband ERIC WILLIAMS three years ago. But according to some suspect tweets, WILLIAMS may have been taken off the market by none other than singer MAXWELL . MAXWELL took to Twitter to express that he was feeling under the weather by tweeting, “summercolds #waytoocold.” WILLIAMS didn’t reveal the identity of the person she was referring to, but coincidentally tweeted directly after, “I hope my boo feels better soon.” Though the Basketball Wives star and the soul singer haven’t confirmed their rumored romance, the combination of tweets may prove otherwise, along with the photo that captured the couple close may say otherwise.

I don’t think THE GAME knows what he wants to do. The  wedding that was just called off between THE GAME and fiance TIFFANY CAMBRIDGE , is now back on, and set to happen on August 12th. The two must have made up, considering that just last week rapper, two had cancelled their nuptials shortly after announcing that the wedding (that was supposed to happen this Saturday) would be filmed for a reality show. At the time THE GAME had no problem taking all the blame, and wrote on Twitter, ”It’s not her fault, it’s mine! She’s a great woman, I just wasn’t man enough see it through.” Thankfully the couple have sorted out their issues, but we’re thinking this could all be for ratings.  

  Kile Glover, the son of Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond, will be laid to rest Friday, just a week after he passed away. A funeral is planned Friday for the stepson of R&B singer Usher — three weeks after the jet ski mishap that left the young boy brain dead and ultimately took his life. The service for Kile Glover, 11, will be held at 11 a.m. at the Wieuca Road Baptist Church in Atlanta, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Wednesday. On July 6, Glover and a 15-year-old friend were riding on an inner tube pulled by a pontoon boat on Lake Lanier in Georgia, according to reports. A family friend riding a jet ski slammed into the inner tube, striking Glover in the head and knocking him unconscious, authorities said. He was later declared brain dead, while his friend was released from the hospital after suffering a cut in the head and a broken arm. Glover died July 21 of heart failure, according to reports. BANKS is now being sued by telemundo model LIZA IRIZARRY , for allegedly breaking her nose last year after IRIZARRY planted a kiss on EBANKS’ current boyfriend, TV host TERRENCE J . IRIZARRY, who was headed inside of Miami hotspot Dream Nightclub, saw TERRENCE J upon his exit, and kissed her longtime friend on his cheek, but according to her, EBANKS, who was drunk at the time, didn’t see the kiss as friendly. “When she saw me, she said, ‘Don’t be kissing my man,” IRIZARRY said in an interview in lawyer Edward Steinberg’s Manhattan office. She went on to describe how EBANKS landed a punch and her friends joined in. “I said to myself, ‘So what, that’s my friend.’ That’s when she hit me on the nose. I went to swing back — that’s when all her friends jumped in. I felt hair pulling and fists coming at me,” she said. TAMEKA FOSTER and RYAN GLOVER , faced one of the hardest decisions that could ever be bestowed upon a parent, when they decided to take their 11-year-old son, KILE GLOVER off of life support over the weekend. KILE was declared brain dead several weeks ago, after being hit by a jet ski driven by family friend, JEFFERY HUBBARD . While family and friends of KILE GLOVER are mourning the tragic accident that unfortunately claimed KILE’s life, questions regarding whether or not legal action will be taken against HUBBARD has risen. According to Georgia Wild Life , the 100-foot law “requires boat operators to slow to idle speed when they are within 100 feet of docks, piers, bridges, shorelines or people in the water.” Because KILE was hit while on an inner tube and HUBBARD was driving a jet-ski, it is clear that HUBBARD was in violation of the 100-foot law. Despite recent questions of the 100-foot law, there has yet to be any criminal charges filed against HUBBARD.

Even though NICK CANNON did his best to deny rumors of his wife’s involvement, R&B diva MARIAH CAREY , accepted FOX’s offer to become a judge on the next season of the singing competition American Idol. Rumors of CAREY’s potential involvement with the show began to brew days after current judges JENNIFER LOPEZ and STEVEN TYLER announced their departure from the show. According to AOL Music,  CAREY will make anywhere from $12-$17 million as one of the new judges on American Idol. With MARIAH CAREY ‘s confirmation of her participation in the show, she joins fellow divas BRITNEY SPEARS and CHRISTINA AGUILERA on primetime television’s biggest talent competition shows.

Usher’s 11-year-old stepson, Kyle Glover, passed away yesterday morning from injuries he suffered in a jetski accident earlier this month. Doctors removed the 11-year-old from life support after it was determined the injuries were too severe to overcome. Kyle was injured on July 8, 2012, as he was riding in an inner tube in Georgia’s Lake Lanier. According to authorities, a family friend who was riding a jetski behind the pontoon lost control and collided with Glover’s tube.

The music downloading site Megaupload.com has been shut down and indicted. According to reports, allegedly the website CEO was none other than mega producer SWIZZ BEATZ . The indictment lead to seven employees being charged and four of them being arrested, including website creator KIM DOTCOM. When the lawsuit was first filed back in January, authorities didn’t go after SWIZZ BEATS because it was said that he had no involvement in the company. However, now reports have surfaced that authorities are targeting SWIZZ for his executive role in the company. SWIZZY’s camp is attempting to have the case dismissed claiming that the producer had nothing to do with the site.

Only days after announcing their plans for a new reality show, THE GAME and girlfriend, TIFFANY CAMBRIDGE , called off their wedding. A message posted on their save-the-date website informed fans and prospective wedding goers: “We regret to inform you that the wedding of TIFFANY CAMBRIDGE and JAYCEON TAYLOR has been cancelled.” With only 10 days leading up their big day, we can only wonder what caused the split between the two.  Christopher “BG” Dorsey has been sentenced to 14-years in prison. The court proceedings took place in New Orleans, on the watch of U.S. District Judge Helen Berrigan. You may remember back in December of last year, the 28-year-old former Cash Money rapper entered a guilty plea  in connection to firearm possession charges he picked up following a 2009 arrest. After BG serves his jail time, he’s ordered to another three-years of supervised release.

Now, sources exclusively tell that the ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ cast member is now being court ordered to cough up the child support he owes to Erica Dixon. Monday, RIHANNA announced she will launch her own fashion collection, with the high brow British company River Island. “I’ve been wanting to design my own collection for some time. River Island is the perfect partner for me to collaborate with and working with a British, family run business also really appealed to me,” RIHANNA wrote on her blog. She continued, “I find London really inspiring and River Island loves to have fun with clothes. After stirring the pot by holding of replica of his ex-wife KELIS ‘ wedding dress on his latest album cover, NAS now comes clean about cheating on KELIS during their short-lived marriage. Wed in 2005, and divorced in 2009 while KELIS was pregnant with their son, Knight, NAS admits that he too wasn’t faithful to the marriage. “The biggest lesson I learned is respect…trust…no infidelity. Around 5:30 pm Monday night SMITH, and her longtime boyfriend Mandeecees, gave birth to a 7lb 9oz bundle of joy. Reality star and new author, ANTONIA “TOYA” WRIGHT , took to Twitter to defend her honor shortly after Farrah Grey Publishing Company, issued a press release stating they would be suing her. The publisher is suing TOYA for $1 million dollars, after she allegedly causing a loss in profits by going behind the company’s back and selling her New York Times bestselling book, Priceless Inspirations , through “unauthorized venues.” As news of the lawsuit spread, TOYA tweeted, “The things people do for Attention. Seattle federal prosecutors have busted up a credit card hacking scheme that resulted in the arrest of three people, including Los Angeles rapper, Guerrilla Black. According to the Seattle Post Intelligence: The 33-year-old rapper, who’s real name is Charles Tony Williamson, is accused of buying used credit card information, stolen by two other individuals. Co-conspirators David Benjamin Schrooten, 22, of the Netherlands, and Christopher A. Schroebel, 21, of Keedysville, Md., have already been indicted. Schroebel has already accepted a deal and has plead guilty to the charges against him. The credit cards in question were previously used at Seattle businesses. Prosecutors allege that Black stole over 27,257 credit card numbers netting at least $150,000.

An unlicensed cosmetic surgeon has pleaded guilty to conspiracy after she traveled across the U.S. injecting industrial silicone into the buttocks of willing female clients. Kimberly Smedley, from Atlanta Georgia, operated out of hotel rooms in Baltimore, Washington, Detroit, Philadelphia and New York. She kept the silicone in a water jug for the procedures – and used ‘super glue with cotton balls to prevent silicone leaking out’ of the women’s flesh. Smedley used her earnings to fund a lavish lifestyle, driving a luxury SUV and living in an exclusive Altanta neighbourhood where homes values are in the $500,000 range. Smedley was arrested by federal authorities in October of 2011 while preparing to inject clients in a Washington, D.C. hotel. According to The Smoking Gun : Smedley reportedly earned $1.3 million from her illegal enterprise that was run out of hotel rooms across the country. A DJ in Florida says Usher hijacked one of his tunes, laid down some lyrics, and put it on his album ... all without his permission, this according to a new lawsuit. Aubrey Davis -- known as DJ Mixx -- filed a federal lawsuit in FL this week, claiming back in 2008 he created a musical composition titled "Let's Go." DJ Mixx says he shopped the tune around looking for songwriters to add lyrics to the track, but nothing really panned out. Here's the rub -- DJ Mixx claims one of the people he showed the song to passed it on to Usher somehow and the track ended up on Usher's album " Raymond v. Raymond " as the song " Hey Daddy. " Mixx claims it was then copyrighted by the singer and his crew as their own work. Now Mixx is pissed ... saying he never gave them permission to use the track and has received ZILCH in royalties. DMX had quite the rough ride early this morning ... when he lost control of the four-wheeler he was riding and ended up in the hospital with a concussion. DMX tells TMZ that he was riding outside his home in South Carolina when he crashed while riding down a hill. He flipped over and, lucky for him, landed right on his ass. The rapper says he doesn't remember much, other than the lights from the ambulance, and he doesn't know when he will be released. This is the second time this year X has been in the hospital -- he dealt with a bout of food poisoning back in January.

 DIDDY recently tweeted pictures of his three daughters, 5 year old twins JESSIE and D’LILA STAR and their half-sister CHANCE .  DIDDY’s long time girlfriend and mother of his twin daughters, KIM PORTER , refused to allow her daughters to interact with their half-sister because she was born only five months before the twins. The pictures prove that KIM PORTER must have said goodbye to her longtime disapproval of CHANCE and have given her daughters the opportunity to have a relationship with their sister. Usher has changed his tune and now wants to up his ante to settle his epic child support/custody war with Tameka Raymond after the jet ski accident that left his stepson Kyle brain dead .  Usher spoke with Tameka over the weekend and suggested that they settle up, but he did not significantly change his offer -- 50/50 custody with a very slight increase in child support. Tameka said no way. But apparently Usher softened after the conversation, because our sources say he met with his lawyers earlier this week and instructed them to craft a new proposal that would give Tameka "a majority" of custody, though the sources did not specify the exact breakdown. We're told Usher is also raising his child support offer "significantly." As for Usher's motivation ... we're told he's very conscious that Tameka is suffering and it's not a good move to continue the fight under the circumstances.

Rapper Beanie Sigel has been sentenced to spend two years behind bars for stiffing the IRS out of more than $700k in back taxes. Sigel -- who's worked with some of the biggest names in rap including Jay-Z and Snoop -- had previously pled guilty to not filing federal tax returns for the years 2003, 2004 and 2005. During today's sentencing hearing in U.S District Court in Philadelphia ... Beanie told the judge he accepts "total responsibility" ... but griped about family members who allegedly spent him dry while he was serving time for drug and gun crimes back in 2004 and 2005. "I haven't been able to get my career back on track since" ... Sigel told the court. Beanie has until Sept. 12 to surrender to authorities to begin his sentence

Finally, NICOLE MURPHY chatted with The Loop 21 about how her show compares to Basketball Wive s. ”I would say first of all, we were all really married [laughs].” She continued on about how her show is more inspiring than Basketball Wives and other shows, “It’s more positive and encouraging. It’s sexy — kinda like a ‘Sex and the City’ type of thing. It’s really smooth. It’s fun. Reality star, ERICA DIXON , called up Power 105.1 ‘s Breakfast club to talk about Monday night’s episode of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. DIXON discussed the fight that occurred between her, LIL SCRAPPY, STEVIE J , and JOSELINE HERNANDEZ. According to DIXON, the drama began because JOSELINE misunderstood the conversation between LIL SCRAPPY and STEVIE J and assumed she and STEVIE were involved in a physical relationship. She taunted JOSELINE by constantly referring to her as a man and mocking her accent. ERICA ended the brief interview by describing her relationship between her and ex LIL’ SCRAPPY as a platonic one, where they “co-parent” and are very good friends. CHRISTINA MILIAN wears many hats – singer, actress, TV host and most importantly, mother. Her short-lived marriage to THE DREAM produced a daughter, VIOLET , now two years old. In an interview with Houston radio station 97.9, MILIAN alluded that THE DREAM needs to spend more time with their daughter. She said, “I really would like for her to have a father in her life. And I wasn’t really happy at the moment and I’m still not in the best case but I’ve come to the realization that I have to be a 150 – 200 percent mom for her. It’s not about finances. No, it’s about spending time.” Meanwhile THE DREAM, who also shares three other children with singer NIVEA, tweeted on Father’s Day, “The only pain my children will feel will be the pain whispered to them. In time hopefully years from now my children will say….My Father took me with him. TAMEKA FOSTER has spoken out publicly about her son, Kyle Glover , and his condition since being seriously injured Saturday after being hit in the head with a jet ski, and doctors are pronouncing KYLE, USHER’ s stepson as brain dead. According to a report from RadarOnline ,  USHER chartered a private jet so TAMEKA could fly directly to the hospital in Atlanta where Kyle was airlifted following the accident. “He’s bad,” FOSTER told RadarOnline about her 11-year-old son. No word yet on FOSTER decision about whether or not to remove the boy from life support. Despite all the mess from divorce proceedings and custody battles, USHER as remained very close to FOSTER’s children, and the two children they have together. My prayers go out to all of Kyle’s loved ones in this sad time.

It was being reported late last week that KELIS had unpaid tax liens in her home state of New York, however after documentation obtained by TMZ singer it was also discovered KELIS had tax problems in California and with the federal government. Thanks to not paying taxes from 2004-2010, the “Milkshake,” singer owes $330,426.71 in unpaid taxes in New York. Add to that $61,737.29 in unpaid taxes in California for the years 2009 and 2010, and $213,932.02 to the federal government for the same years, and KELIS is in the hole for a total of $606,096.12 in unpaid taxes. I hope she saved some of that child support money she receives monthly.
