Gabriel Aubry was arrested today after a fight broke out at Halle Berry’s Los Angeles home.  The fight involved her baby daddy,Aubry and Berry’s current fiance, Olivier Martinez. Reportedly both men were injured in the melee, Aubry was arrested and then transported to the hospital for treatment to injuries sustained. Here’s what’s been reported thus far: The incident happened this morning when Gabriel was dropping Nahla off at Halle’s house. Halle was present as were other witnesses when the fight erupted. The YMCMB boss, just lost a lawsuit against documentary maker QUINCY JONES III .  WEEZY is forced to pay up $2,195,000 after blocking the release of JONES’ documentary chronicling the superstar rapper. The day WEEZY was scheduled to testify in court, he was considered a no show because of flight limitations stemming from two seizure like episodes. Because of his absence, WEEZY’s lawyers were forced to show members of the jury his tapped deposition where he comically and disrespectfully evaded questions. Awww Man!!!

The woman who filed a police report accusing Cee Lo of sexual battery secretly recorded a conversation with the singer, and sources tell that Cee Lo admitted slipping her a drug and then having sex with her -- something the singer denies. The woman has told cops ... Cee Lo took her to a downtown L.A. restaurant in July. They had a drink and she says she remembers nothing after that. In a recent interview with People magazine, JADA PINKETT SMITH revealed that she doesn’t believe the “old school” style of parenting and disciplining works with children of the new millennium. The doting mother of two believes that dictating what happens in children’s lives eventually leads to children resenting their parents.
