Listen HERE Jennifer Hudson 's sister made a frantic call to 911, after discovering her mother's body laying on the floor of their home. Julia Hudson made the gruesome discovery when she came home from work and noticed a bullet hole in the door. She saw her mom on the floor and ran outside to call 911, not realizing her brother Jason was also dead inside. Julia also didn't immediately realize her 7-year-old son Julian was missing. His body was found days later in a parked SUV. The 911 tape was introduced as evidence in the trial of William Balfour , who stands accused of the triple murder.

The team -- which will be relocated from NJ to Brooklyn next season -- just released the new colorless logo ... which is already being hailed as "the new badge for Brooklyn." Jay-Z, who is being credited with playing an "instrumental" role in the creation of the new logo, said in a statement, "The boldness of the designs demonstrate the confidence we have in our new direction ... The new colors and logos are examples of our commitment to update and refine all aspects of the team."

Looking pretty in pink, last week RIHANNA was honored by Time Magazine as one of their 100 most influential people in the world. RIHANNA joins an esteemed list that includes President BARAK OBAMA , HILLARY CLINTON , and ADELE. The “We Found Love,” stated how she felt to be considered for the honor, “It doesn’t feel real. This is a list that I always read about and I always look at and I can’t believe I am sitting in one of those slots. There’s so many people in the world. It’s surreal,” she said to the British network ITV News. RIHANNA credits artist BOB MARLEY as her inspiration, and surprisingly added comedian/talk-show host CHELSEA HANDLER as one of the people that she looks up to. KELLY ROWLAND has confirmed she will not be returning for the next season of The X Factor . The ‘Motivation’ singer, participated as one of the judges last season, but now has released an official statement confirming her departure from the show: “After much speculation, we can officially confirm today that Kelly Rowland has decided not to return as a judge again for this year’s UK X-Factor,” the statement from her management team read. “Global commitments coupled with the show’s increasing demands this year mean that, despite weeks of deliberation with the show, Kelly has not been able to agree a deal that fits into her autumn/winter schedule, so sadly cannot accept a place on the 2012 panel. Kelly thoroughly enjoyed her role as a judge on the show, but felt that if there couldn’t be a workable solution to scheduling issues, so that she could effectively juggle her other commitments then she couldn’t wholeheartedly commit to the show this year.” Loosely meaning cut me a bigger

Looks like TOYA WRIGHT , formerly known as TOYA CARTER, may have a bun in her oven. According to a photo posted one of her facebook fan pages(above), TOYA looks like has been hiding a small baby bump. In the photo TOYA is pictured holding her belly, but has yet to confirm whether or not she is in fact pregnant. The baby would be the first child she and her husband MEMPHITZ would have together, as TOYA has daughter from her previous marriage with rapper LIL WAYNE .

" Basketball Wives " producers are taking their feud with cast member Jennifer Williams to the next level ... the show's big-wigs are currently in talks to file a lawsuit against the "BB Wife" for publicly trashing the show. If you recall ... producers of VH1's hit series were PISSED after Williams filed a lawsuit  against fellow cast member Nia Crooks after she slapped Williams in the face while taping an episode. Now sources tell that producers are ready to take their own legal action after Williams went on a media rampage and blasted "BB Wives" alleging the show portrays African-American women negatively.   Producers feel Williams' show-bashing is in violation of her contract -- which forbids cast members from doing any media appearances or press without approval, or speaking negatively about the show. We're told they feel she is "ruining the brand" they worked so hard to build. Let the mudslinging begin.

Lil Wayne has finally struck a truce with a bitter ex-producer over the Grammy Award-winning "Lollipop" and other songs -- settling the producer's $20 lawsuit out of court.  Producer Darius Harrison -- aka Deezle -- sued Wayne over the "Tha Carter III," claiming he produced several songs on the record, including "Lollipop," but was never paid for his work. According to Darius, the album grossed over $70 million -- and he wanted $20 million to call it even. Wayne initially shot him down -- claiming Darius had no grounds to sue -- but the two parties recently reached a confidential agreement, finally settling the case. The case has since been dismissed.

A few months ago, rumors were circulating the internet that Shaq and Hoopz had broken up after he appeared at his 40th birthday party without her in Vegas. There were even a few stories of him kicking her out of his home. One of Michael Turner 's many baby mamas continues to rip him on Twitter despite a court agreement prohibiting her from doing so ... and the star running back wants a judge to get her to stop ... A ten-year-old boy’s brutal death at the hands of his stepfather could have been avoided after it was revealed the boy called 911 twice in the past year to report abuse. Abdifatah Mohamud, from Buffalo, New York, was found beaten to death in his family’s basement last week. He was bound, gagged and struck repeatedly with a rolling pin. Though the Buffalo Police Department is investigating how officers handled the calls, they did confirm they reported the allegations to Erie County Child Protective Services – who are accused of not doing enough to help the boy or remove him from the home. They are refusing to comment on the case. A police department spokesman says the police commissioner ordered the investigation into 911 calls made in April 2011, when Abdifatah told authorities his stepfather Ali-Mohamad Mohamud was abusing him. Nate Webster, a linebacker who played for the Buccaneers, Bengals and Broncos, was found GUILTY on a split verdict in a Cincinnati court today, for his relationship with the teenage daughter of a Bengals employee: Jurors convicted former Bengal Nate Webster on sex abuse charges but acquitted him on others. Prosecutors accused Webster of having sex with the teenage daughter of a Bengals employee when she was 15 years old, sometimes at gunpoint. After nearly eight hours of deliberations, the jury convicted Webster on four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor but acquitted him of gross sexual imposition, sexual battery and one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. The jury also did not attach any gun specifications to the four counts for which Webster was convicted. For the first time in nearly a decade, TLC will be reuniting for a U.S. concert tour later this year -- and we have learned through TMZ that the late Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes will be making a special appearance. "Black and Yellow" rapper Wiz Khalifa tried to hide a bag of weed in his room at a Holiday Inn in Nashville ... this according to NewsChannel5 in Nashville. NewsChannel5.com says ... Metro Nashville Police responded to Wiz's room after someone complained about a strong odor of marijuana. When officers arrived to the scene, Wiz -- real name Cameron Jibril Thomaz -- allegedly tossed an item in hopes of hiding it from police. Cops say they retrieved the item -- which turned out to be a small bag of ganja. Wiz -- who's VERY open about his marijuana use -- was hit with a citation ... and probably smoked more weed after the officers left.

Don Cornelius was in an extreme amount of pain in the days before his death ... and minutes before he shot himself, Don phoned his son and told him, "I don't know how long I can take this" ... this according to the autopsy report obtained by TMZ. Deion Sanders ' estranged wife has just been released from jail after her domestic violence arrest  yesterday -- and she's forbidden from returning home ... for the next 60 days. A judge issued an emergency protective order against Pilar Sanders today before releasing her from custody, banning her from entering the ex-couple's Texas mansion for the next two months. She's also prohibited from threatening or harassing any member of the family. But on her way out of jail, Pilar told reporters, "I am innocent. It is hard to believe that four years has passed since the murder of JENNIFER HUDSON ‘s family. Yesterday marked the first day of the trail for WILLIAM BALFOUR , the suspect accused of the triple-murder of HUDSON’s mother, brother and 7-year old nephew. A strong HUDSON was called to testify against BALFOUR, who had dated HUDSON’s sister JULIA HUDSON in the past against the family’s wishes.
