The Secret Service -- charged with protecting the President of the United States -- could end up protecting Chris Brown from being sent to prison. According to official D.C. documents - a witness to the fight early Sunday morning told cops he heard the alleged victim tell a D.C. cop Brown NEVER HIT HIM.  The cop later DENIED ever even speaking with the witness in question.  But get this.  A Secret Service agent -- who was on duty and in uniform patrolling the streets near the White House -- made contact with D.C. police and told them he happened to be around when the victim told the cop Chris never struck him.   The agent says he absolutely heard the victim's admission to the cop that Chris never struck him.  This is doubly helpful for Chris. The Secret Service agent's testimony could destroy the credibility of the alleged victim and cause prosecutors to drop the misdemeanor assault case.   Chris Brown was arrested in Washington D.C. yesterday morning for FELONY assault after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel. Rapper JAY Z is being urged to severe ties with the upper echelon department store Barney’s after two African Americans were wrongfully targeted by the NYPD while making purchases at the store. The petition listed on Change.org, was created days after 19-year-old Trayon Christian was handcuffed and thrown into a jail cell after purchasing a $350 designer belt while 21-year-old Kayla Philipps was questioned after she purchased a $2000 designer bag. According to the petition, JAY Z, who recently announced a holiday collaboration with the luxury department store, ”should be appalled by Barneys actions, and withdraw all support from them. If he does this, he will send a clear message to all corporations that are like-minded, that this behavior cannot be tolerated any longer.”

According to sources , LOZADA has become annoyed with constantly talking about her breakup with CHAD JOHNSON , and has refused to attend the taping for the annual Basketball Wives Reunion Show , leaving producers with no other option but cancelling the entire show as the remaining members of the cast did not have enough of a storyline to bring in viewers. According to TMZ, the man who allegedly beat Adrian Peterson 's 2-year-old son to death was just charged with second degree murder Joseph Patterson was charged with second degree murder and 2 counts of first degree manslaughter, as well as aggravated battery of an infant.  He was also charged with felony child abuse. Patterson, who was dating Adrian's baby mama at the time, was supposed to be caring for the child while she was away. Second degree murder carries a mandatory life sentence in South Dakota.

  Rappers DRAKE and FUTURE appear to have buried the hatchet and have decided to continue with their plans of touring together this fall. According to reports , FUTURE released a statement saying, “I am set to continue as planned with Drake and Miguel on the ‘Would You Like A Tour?’ tour slated to begin on October 18th in Pittsburgh, PA. After a 16 day stalemate that furloughed hundreds of thousands of federal employees and cost the nation $24 billion, both chambers of Congress passed legislation late Wednesday to reopen the government and lift the debt ceiling. The move came just in time to prevent a default on the nation's debt that could have caused an economic crisis with global consequences. The proposal, crafted by Senate leaders Harry Reid and Mitch McConnell , funds the government through Jan. 15 and raises the debt limit through Feb. 7. It also enabled furloughed employees to immediately return to work. "There are no winners here. These last few weeks have inflicted completely unnecessary damage on our economy. We don't know yet the full scope of the damage, but every analyst out there believes it's slowed our growth," President Obama  said in remarks delivered Thursday morning. Wade had to file a PRIVATE criminal complaint with the D.A. -- which means the alleged victim has to give the D.A. contact info for the alleged assailant. VIA TMZ: Kendall and Kylie Jenner NEVER flashed phony IDs at the doorman for the 21-and-over club they partied at Tuesday night ... claim Jenner family sources. This squarely contradicts the manager of Vignette lounge , who says the girls -- ages 16 and 17 -- ABSOLUTELY presented fake IDs at the door.  The Jenner sources say the doorman recognized the 2 girls ... he knew exactly who they were ... and let them in without asking anything about proof of age. The Jenner sources also say the girls had no idea the club was 21 and older.  The sources could not explain how Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian -- who escorted Kendall and Kylie into the club -- could possibly have no idea the girls weren't old enough to legally get in. The sources were also mum on the photo of Kendall and Kylie -- looking wasted as they sat in the back seat of their SUV as they left the club just before 2 AM.

Hot rappers Drake and Future are facing off in a $1.5 million feud after Drake demanded supporting act Future be kicked off his tour in a beef over a Billboard article. Drake was booked to tour with Future and R&B singer Miguel on a 39-city schedule kicking off Friday in Pittsburgh. Future went to Billboard magazine’s office on Oct. 4 to give editors a listen to his latest album, “Honest.” Associate editor Erika Ramirez published a story with quotes from Future, which she also posted on her Twitter feed. “Not only is future’s #honest album interesting, so are his thoughts on Drake’s #NWTS album,” Ramirez wrote. She then went on to quote Future: “ ‘Drake made an album that is full of hits but it doesn’t grab you. According to TMZ , jurors found that while the promotion company AEG Live did hire Dr. Conrad Murray, the man who was inevitably found responsible for JACKSON’s death, Murray was not unfit or incompetent when first hired to treat the King of Pop. There is word in the street that  Fabulous’ brother is one of the men behind robberies at a Waffle House in Buckhead, Atlanta, around 6:30 Monday morning. According Hollywood Street King, Darryl “Ruggs” McKinney , and members of his crew are responsible for the reported “hits” on customers at the 24-hour eatery. That’s when “several people” inside the restaurant — located on Piedmont Road, north of Pharr Road — were reportedly forced to give up their belongings. “Ruggs has an after hours club called ‘Room Lounge’ … it’s there that he and his goons size up their victims, who normally head to Waffle House to eat after partying at ‘Room Lounge'.   Here’s what Police Officer Kim Jones told The Atlanta Journal Constitution about the bandits: “The victims, who had previously been at the Room Service Lounge, arrived at the Waffle House and sat in a booth at the back of the restaurant by the restrooms.
