Jada Pinkett-Smith Says "She Doesn't Raise Her Kids The Traditional Way"!!!

In a recent interview with People magazine, JADA PINKETT SMITH revealed that she doesn’t believe the “old school” style of parenting and disciplining works with children of the new millennium.The doting mother of two believes that dictating what happens in children’s lives eventually leads to children resenting their parents.
In an attempt to combat the “old school” parenting style, SMITH and husband, WILL SMITH, “communicate with our kids in a way that our message overpowers any other message that they get out there. We can’t control what our kids learn anymore. We have to inform them and have real conversations and that [creates] that foundation of them feeling assured in themselves.”
SMITH also stated, “I’m your parent and I’m greater than you’ doesn’t work. What I establish with my children is is a partnership. I’m not necessarily dictating what his happening in their lives.”
SMITH concluded by saying, “I think for our children, they feel like we really care and they come to us and go, ‘Mommy, I’m having this problem,’ and it’s like, ‘Okay, lets figure this out together.’ And it empowers them.”

There is word in the street that  Fabulous’ brother is one of the men behind robberies at a Waffle House in Buckhead, Atlanta, around 6:30 Monday morning. According Hollywood Street King, Darryl “Ruggs” McKinney , and members of his crew are responsible for the reported “hits” on customers at the 24-hour eatery. That’s when “several people” inside the restaurant — located on Piedmont Road, north of Pharr Road — were reportedly forced to give up their belongings. “Ruggs has an after hours club called ‘Room Lounge’ … it’s there that he and his goons size up their victims, who normally head to Waffle House to eat after partying at ‘Room Lounge'.   Here’s what Police Officer Kim Jones told The Atlanta Journal Constitution about the bandits: “The victims, who had previously been at the Room Service Lounge, arrived at the Waffle House and sat in a booth at the back of the restaurant by the restrooms. About five minutes later, the two suspects entered and sat down at the counter.
