Chris Brown  has cops on high alert these days ... and an anonymous tip that the passenger in his car had a gun was enough for L.A.'s finest to spring into action. Law enforcement sources tells ... the LAPD got a call from someone saying Chris' passenger was carrying a gun.  Chris was already inside Sayer nightclub in Hollywood, but the cops were able to coral the friend, detain him and search Chris' Lamborghini and they found nothing. Chris was attending TI's pre-Grammy party when it went down.  Cops are well aware trouble sometimes finds him.  You'll recall he was performing at a VMA party at 1OAK last Summer when shots rang out and  Suge Knight was shot 6 times.  Last month  5 people were shot when Brown was performing in San Jose. Brown tweeted Friday he's completed his community service in the Rihanna case.

According to TMZ:  Bruce Jenner was involved in a horrific car accident on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu at around 12:00 p.m. today, one person is dead, and it is presumed that Bruce caused the accident. Law enforcement sources tell ... there were 3 vehicles involved in the crash.  There were 8 people involved and all sustained some sort of injury ... but one person died at the scene. Eyewitnesses say Bruce rear ended the white car and that car went into oncoming traffic and was struck by the Hummer.     The woman driving the white car died. One law enforcement source said Bruce seems to be ok, but again, we're told the 7 survivors sustained some injuries, ranging from minor to moderate. Jenner family sources tells Bruce was being chased by as many as 5 paparazzi at the time of the crash.  Bruce told cops he wasn't drinking and passed a field sobriety test. We're told Bruce had picked up his Polaris UTV after loaning it to a wounded veterans group.

Word around town is that a recording of Porsha Williams having phone sex with her married African man is currently for sale. The ex- Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member is supposedly heard on audio tape saying “Come over and eat my nasty p*ssy.” They are saying she is also heard on tape admitting to him that she has a hairy and musty cat. Turk is suing his old label, Cash Money Records, for $1.3 million. He claims he hasn’t received any royalties from the company since signing with the label in 1998. Here’s excerpts from Turk’s court documents: “Defendants have also failed to pay Plaintiff any advances, any royalties, any artist royalties or any music publishing. Whatsoever in connection with the Exclusive Artist Recording Agreement. Money Mack Music is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit. Turk entered into a contractual agreement with Money Mack in 1999. The lawsuit states the company was to assume payments of publishing advances and music publishing royalties for the artist’s recordings . The suit also asserts Cash Money and Money Mack failed to register artist shares of his 2001 albumYoung & Thuggin’ and numerous individual songs he appeared on, such as ‘Ha (Remix)’ and ‘Welcome To The Nolia,’ with Broadcast Music Inc.
