Rapper, RICK ROSS caused an uproar after lyrics from his song, “U.O.E.N.O.” were believed to allude to rape. On the controversial track ROSS rapped, “Put molly all in her champagne/she ain’t even know it/I took her home and I enjoyed that/she ain’t even know it.” ROSS called into Q93 radio station and explained, “I want to make sure this is clear that woman is the most precious gift known to man. It was a misunderstanding with a lyric, a misinterpretation where the term rape wasn’t used.” He continued, “I would never use the term rape in my records and as far as my camp, hip-hop don’t condone that, the streets don’t condone that. Nobody condones that.” ROSS concluded, “I just wanted to reach out to all the queens that’s on my timeline, all the sexy ladies, the beautiful ladies that had been reaching out to me with the misunderstanding. We don’t condone rape and I’m not with that.”

Former Basketball Wives star JENNIFER WILLIAMS may be finished with the drama of Basketball Wives , but  she's not finished with TV. VH1 reports that WILLIAMS, ex wife of baller ERIC WILLIAMS , is in talks of getting her own reality show. WILLIAMS revealed she and VH1 reality show uber-producer MONA SCOTT YOUNG are currently mapping out the possibility of a spin off show that would just be about her life. That would include a look into her business ventures with Lucid Cosmetics, her relationship with boyfriend, CMG Entertainment founder, Cisco Rosado , and her interactions with her many celebrity friends.  

Mommy-to-be, KIM KARDASHIAN says she’s ready to tackle any challenges that may come with raising her biracial child with boyfriend, KANYE WEST . In an interview with BET , KARDASHIAN gushed, “I have a lot of friends that are all different nationalities and their children are biracial, so they have kind of talked to me a little bit about it and what to expect and what not to expect. But I think that the most important thing is how I would want to raise my children is to just not see color.” She continued, “I also think there will be so many experiences that you won’t really know how to prepare for until you really go through it.  I think raising a child in general is challenging.” “I think that as long as you’re really open-minded, and you don’t have any preconceived ideas of how you’re going to really try to raise your children, it really keeps this broad spectrum.” KARDASHIAN is expected to deliver a rumored baby girl this summer.

Rapper GUCCI MANE has been issued a warrant for his arrest, after hitting a fan in the head with a champagne bottle while partying at Harlem Nights Ultra Lounge in Atlanta. The New York Post reports that 32-year-old JAMES LETTLEY , a US solider, wanted to get a picture with the rapper when GUCCI hit the man in the head with bottle causing a gash that authorities say required 10 stitches. Lieutenant Jeff Cantin of the Atlanta Police Dept. has released a statement saying, “We do have an active warrant for Mr. Davis (GUCCI) for aggravated assault. So I’m sure after he sees this, I’m sure he’ll want to reach out and contact us.”  

There seems to be trouble in paradise brewing between Real Housewives of Atlanta rookie PORSHA and her husband KORDELL STEWART . According to Access Atlanta,  the former Steelers player filed for divorce from the reality star on March 22nd. The divorce petition  reads, “Petitioner, after marrying respondent, a cast member on the “ Real Housewives of Atlanta ,” on May 21, 2011, is seeking divorce as the marriage is irretrievably broken.” Issues within the newly married couple’s relationship, that included differences in having children, and whether or not PORSHA was being controlled by KORDELL were on display throughout the fifth season of Real Housewives of Atlanta . The two have no children together, and allegedly no prenup within the marriage. Singer DIONNE WARWICK has filed for bankruptcy after reportedly finding herself with a $1 million in debt. WARWICK waved the white flag regarding her financial woes, after receiving a tax bill more than 20 years ago which said she initially owed the government $2.2 million dollars. Allegedly she was being forced to pay back Uncle Sam due to mismanagement of her finances by a former manager. “Ms Warwick had a business manager who mismanaged her affairs. Before she knew it, she owed a gazillion dollars in taxes,” Warwick’s attorney Daniel Stolz told Rolling Stone . Since the 90s WARWICK has continued to struggle to pay back the amount in full. “She’s actually paid more than the face amount of the taxes, but with all of the crazy interest and penalties that they add, the number kept mushrooming – even though she paid off the amount that she owed in terms of the actual taxes,” WARWICK’s lawyer explains. Bishop TD JAKES , is being dragged into the messy divorce drama of former NFL star, DEION SANDERS , and his soon-to-be ex-wife, PILAR . Reports have surfaced that the bishop and movie producer played a large role in hiding money, made by SANDERS, to protect him from his ex-wife in the midst of their divorce. According to reports NIKKE SANNI , alleges that she was present on a February 2011 meeting, where SANDERS revealed his plan to divorce his estranged wife and asked JAKES for his help to “hide his money.” SANNI, former girlfriend of Gospel singer, FRED HAMMOND , also went on to allege that JAKES was instrumental in introducing SANDERS to his present girlfriend, TRACEY EDMONDS , while he was still married.

RIHANNA doesn’t play any games. According to TMZ , an L.A. judge granted the singing sensation’s request for a permanent restraining order against STEVELAND BARRLOW . After causing her “substantial emotional distress,” the restraining order prohibits BARRLOW from being within 100 yards away from RIHANNA for three years. Last month, BARRLOW broke into the home of RIHANNA’s neighbor thinking the home belonged to the 25-year-old singer. Upon his arrest, BARRLOW claimed he’d been invited to RIRI’s home and simply wanted to share some of his poetry. Police said Barrow stole “a few personal items” from the house, slept in one of the beds thinking it was RIHANNA’s.

Former Dainty Kane member,  Dawn Richard recently got tongues-wagging after she posted an Instagram photo of herself, looking like she’s been under the knife and bleaching her skin to become lighter. YANDY SMITH  isn’t the only Love and Hip Hop cast member who will be planning a wedding. Red headed reality star RASHIDA ALI may also be getting ready to walk down the aisle. Rumors regarding the cause of WAYNE’s ailments and potentially being in a coma lit the rumor mill on fire after TMZ reported that WAYNE’s condition was drastically deteriorating. WAYNE’s close friend and president of Young Money, MACK MAINE , took to Twitter to celebrate WAYNE’s release as he tweeted, “Thanks to Cedar Sinai for everything! @LilTunechi has been officially been released and is headed home. After days of anticipation, KENDRICK LAMAR has finally released the remixed version of his track, “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe,” in its entirety. Featuring a cameo from rap superstar, JAY-Z , LAMAR comes hard and switches up the sound of his flow as he raps, “told n***** when I was 16 that I’d write a 16 that’ll put a n**** right on the big screen.” Interestingly enough, LAMAR used a picture of MICHAEL JORDAN and KOBE BRYANT as the artwork for the new remix, possibly alluding to the notion that he and JAY-Z being the best in the game. Looks like MICHAEL JORDAN has one less thing to worry about. JORDAN’s former mistress, PATRICIA SMITH , has dropped the child support case against the basketball legend, claiming JORDAN fathered her 16-year-old son. Not to long ago SMITH made headlines when she demanded that JORDAN take a paternity test to prove that he was the father of their secret love child born back in 1996, when JORDAN was still married to ex-wife JUANITA VANOY . Now in a suspicious turn of events, TMZ reports that SMITH has filed legal documents in Georgia requesting the judge to dismiss her case against MJ. Rumors claim MJ and SMITH may have reached a settlement out of court, but her lawyer says SMITH realized at the time the case was not in “her son’s best interests.” We know JORDAN is relieved considering he’s planning a wedding next month.

BOW WOW ‘s pockets may be a little light after this. The rapper turned TV host was recently ordered to pay CELINE TRAN , a French porn star, $80,000 for using clips of her performing on a pole during his, “Drank In My Cup,” video. According to TMZ , TRAN filed a lawsuit against BOW WOW for using footage of her performing without ever receiving her permission and was awarded $79, 346.07 after BOW WOW failed to respond to the suit. Aside from coming out of pocket, BOW WOW was also issued to remove the clips of TRAN performing in his video.

Lil Wayne has suffered a second seizure, as he reportedly fights to stay clean. Sources tell us the YMCMB rapper checked into Los Angeles’ Cedars Sinai Hospital, Tuesday.  The seizure may have been an effect of Wezzy quitting codeine and syrup, cold turkey. The rapper is reported to be in stable at this time.

Real Housewives of Atlanta star KANDI BURRESS is finally considering suing former cast member KIM ZOLCIAK for the song, “Tardy For The Party.” BURRESS is suing ZOLCIAK for infringing upon her copyright by unlawfully licensing, distributing and selling the song, which she wrote and ZOLCIAK simply “sang” on. This may come as surprise considering BURRESS created the track for ZOLCIAK back in 2009, and has went on record saying that although she did feel hurt ZOLCIAK gypped her out money due her, she would not legally go after ZOLCIAK in court. All that changed now that “Tardy For The Party,” has become the BRAVO theme song for ZOLCIAK’s own spinoff reality show, “Don’t Be Tardy.” ZOLCIAK has said how she feels about the lawsuit in an interview with TooFab , “This is nothing short of a publicity stunt, I find this lawsuit funny yet sad. According to TMZ , WHITE claims that NE-YO created an image of her being “an unchaste woman who deliberately tricked him into believing he was the father of her child so that she could fraudulently bilk him of ‘ungodly amounts of money’.” This lawsuit stems from NE-YO appearing on VH1′s Behind The Music months ago, where he explained in great detail the nature of his relationship with WHITE and how he believed he fathered WHITE’s child in 2005 only to be proven otherwise after taking a DNA test. WHITE lawyers claim, “Ne-Yo went on VH1 and claimed she tried to aggressively defraud him. Three 6 Mafia rapper DJ Paul  is feeling the aftershock for carrying a taser around NYC last year ... He's been sentenced to community service following his weapon possession arrest.  DJ Paul was stopped by NYPD officers back in October after leaving a restaurant with an open beer in his hand. According to police, Paul admitted he was carrying a taser at the time, so he was placed under arrest for misdemeanor possession of a weapon. He was also charged with carrying an open container. Paul originally pled "not guilty" to the charges -- but today, the rapper struck a plea deal with prosecutors, agreeing to plead guilty to disorderly conduct instead. He was sentenced to 21 hours of community service.

A law suit has been filed against R&B singer, FRANK OCEAN , by a record producer who claims he never received any credit for a song on OCEAN’s Grammy award winning debut album, Channel Orange . According to E! News , MICAH OTANO alleges that alongside producers, MALAY and PAUL SHELTON , the trio created a song entitled, “DayLight,” from which OCEAN created his single, “Lost.” OTANO claims that the trio agreed that they “wouldn’t shop their joint work around the music industry without ensuring co-producer credit for the work but Malay did just that, stealing Otano’s performances, passing them off as his own, and using them on the Frank Ocean song.” Def Jam and Universal Music group are also named in the suit where OCEAN is being sued for breach of contract, fraud in the inducement, rescission and restitution, copyright infringement and declaratory relief.

It has been recently announced that former football star, DEION SANDERS , has won  primary custody of his children he shares with estranged wife PILAR SANDERS . After almost a year of drama filled divorce and custody battles, one war has ended and DEION has been awarded physical and legal custody over his two sons, and ordered joint custody for his 9-year old daughter. TMZ reports 11 out 12 jurors in Collins Co., TX ruled against PILAR having sole custody of her children, and instead deemed DEION the more fit parent. In response to the verdict PILAR tweeted, “…I’ve never seen anything like this! WOWOWOW! … 4 Those Who Came 2 Tell The TRUTH Thank U 4 Not Being Bullied Down.” Now that the custody battle has come to a close, the two estranged lovers still have  their very messy financial and divorce matters to settle.

Mendeecees Harris has entered a not guilty plea in connection to felony charges he had a hand in a heroin and cocaine ring, from 2005 to 2012. Prosecutors on the case – also involving Harris’ brother, Tyrus, and another defendant – say the trio pulled in an estimated $2.5M from running drugs. The case will now go to trial in a Rochester, New York courtroom. According to TMZ , the social security numbers, mortgage amounts, credit card information, car loans, banking figures, and other private financial information of these celebs were posted on a website, without their consent. On the site, called Exposed,  BEYONCE’s social security number, four phone numbers , a line of credit of $3 million, and all her addresses to her New York, Miami, and Houston residences are listed publicly for all to see. Word is FBI and several other law enforcement agencies allegedly have taken on the case, and are concerned about other powerful people whose information may be compromised.

In typical JOSELINE HERNANDEZ and STEVIE J. news, the dysfunctional duo has called it quits for the umpteenth time. HERNANDEZ took to Twitter to dish on her breakup with her on-again, off-again boyfriend/manager STEVIE J. The feisty Latina rapper tweeted, “Now watch how fast my video for BAILAR be out since I left the baggage or should I say garbage.” HERNANDEZ went on to encourage young women going through breakups while still finding a little time to bash her former lover. “Life goes on ladies you break up with one you find another. According to TMZ , THE GAME is being sued for $4.5 million dollars stemming from clips put on YouTube of the two rappers involved in a Hollywood Hills fight over the summer. 40 GLOCC’s lawsuit asks for $500,000 in pain and suffering, $500,000 in emotional distress, $750,000 in lost earnings, $2 million for punitive damages, $25,000 in medical expenses, and several other claims totaling up to $4.5 million dollars.
