Terrell Owens allegedly owes over a million bucks on a fancy Miami beach condo ... and now, the bank wants to foreclose on it. It's one of the last homes Terrell still owns after being forced to sell off several others --most recently in Dallas-- but Deutsche National Bank sued him in April, claiming he still owes $1.47 million on the property ... and hasn't made a payment in 6 months. According to mortgage docs attached to the lawsuit, Terrell originally took out a loan worth $1.55 million in 2006 ... and had faithfully been making monthly payments of $5,126 ... that is, until last November. Terrell has responded to the lawsuit, claiming the bank "lacks standing" to foreclose on the property -- and he refuses to admit there's an outstanding balance problem.

Over the weekend, hip hop godfather  RUSSELL SIMMONS  decided to use his time to chime in about the drama surrounding  CHRIS BROWN  and RIHANNA  as of late. SIMMONS, one to never shy away from a controversy used took to his Global Grind web site to address his the double standard people put on females who sexually express themselves in the industry. The story titled, “Get Off Rihanna’s D*ck,” throws shots at un-named artists that recently been gunning for RI RI. SIMMONS alludes to references CHRIS BROWN dropped in his remix ‘Way Too Cold,’ and let’s him and anyone else thinking about coming for RIHANNA have it. J. COLE  has had enough of Twitter. J.COLE claims that certain un-named rappers are using Twitter to fight for meaningless attention. In the last few months, “The Work Out,” rapper has been absent from the social networking site, and says he doesnt’t see the need to constantly update fans with his movements. “I’m not on Twitter no more, I’m not doing it and I’m not going to,” Cole told Las Vegas’  Hot 97.5. “I’m sitting and on watching all these artists who I respect — some of them are big artists — on Twitter fighting for attention. LIL WAYNE  opened up and professed his love for former flame  TRINA  at club LIV in Miami on Sunday night. Like our  BARACK OBAMA , our hip hop industry bawse  JAY-Z  believes that gay couples, like hetrosexual couples, should have the right to marry. The mogul addressed the issue recently during an interview with  CNN  after his ‘Made In America’ press conference, HOVA commented on Obama’s recent speech about gay marriage. “I mean, that’s an easy question. President Obama by leaps and bounds,” he said when asked who he supports in this year’s election. When asked about how he feels OBAMA’s stance on homosexual marriage, “I think it’s the right thing to do … whether it costs him votes or not. I’ve always thought it as something that was still, um, holding the country back.” “What people do in their own homes is their business and you can choose to love whoever you love. KIM KARDASHIAN  apparently has learned her lesson when it comes to her dating life. After the severe backlash during her divorce from husband of 72 days,  KRIS HUMPHRIES , KIM has become more hush hush with her new relationship with  KANYE WEST . Despite being shot always with KANYE on several dates and events, KARDASHIAN tells MTV she’s being very cautious about opening up about her new romance. “I don’t know if I’m ready to talk about him. I feel like I’ve had such a hard time sharing my love life that now I’m a little bit more reserved on that,” KIM told  MTV News . While KIMMY may not want to talk about KANYE, her younger sister  KHLOE  seems to talk about it every chance she gets, and has also told the world KANYE has brought out KIM’s “wild side.”

RIHANNA  clearly has broken many hearts in this industry. Rapper  DRAKE  is the latest of Ri-Ri’s ex flings to take a swipe at the Bajan beauty in his new track “No Lie,” featuring 2 Chainz. In the track, DRIZZY alludes that his relationship with RIHANNA, despite her celebrity status, was a hit-it-then-quit-it type of situation.
