Seal 's officially done mourning the death of his marriage to Heidi Klum ... 'cause the singer has moved on to a hot brunette. Just 3 months after Heidi filed for divorce, an extra-sweaty Seal was spotted on a yacht in Italy this week ... gettin' all kissy kissy with a mystery babe after a quick workout session on the deck. There was cuddling ... there was smiling ... but there was no sign of Seal's wedding ring. Heidi decided to break off the marriage because she got sick of Seal's explosive temper. The couple later released a joint statement saying they had simply "grown apart."

It looked like a post-apocalyptic WAR ZONE when cops arrived to Flavor Flav 's home on the 4th of July ... with smoke, loud explosions, and a charged up mob. Long story short -- Flav and some of his Las Vegas neighbors set off a TON of fireworks in the middle of the street ... and not surprisingly, the noise (and the giant fireworks in the sky) attracted the local police. When cops arrived ... they sifted their way through the smoke and located Flav, who was still clutching a lighter in his hand. Flav was totally cooperative -- and forked over his I.D. to the police. The laws regarding fireworks in Vegas are a little loose ... but cops didn't feel like Flav's situation warranted an arrest. Instead, cops asked the rapper and his neighbors to stop lighting the fireworks and clear out of the street ... and everyone seemed to oblige.

After FRANK OCEAN released a letter on his blog detailing his relationship with a man, who would eventually become his first love, people from all walks of life hit the internet by storm in support of the singer, especially celebrities. Pioneering hip hop executive, RUSSELL SIMMONS released a blog entitled, “The Courage Of Frank Ocean Just Changed The Game.” SIMMONS’ discussed how moved he was by the courage and honesty of Ocean, while he hopes that OCEAN’s courage gives “hope to so many people who are living in fear.” Rapper, JAY-Z , published a lengthy thank you letter written by hip hop journalist, DREAM HAMPTON on his blog. In “Thank You, Frank Ocean,” HAMPTON discusses her admiration of OCEAN’s “great courage and beauty and the fearlessness” in him coming out. HAMPTON also brought up an interesting point in her letter that many people overlooked. Crunchy Black -- a former member of the rap group Three 6 Mafia -- is recovering after being shot in the face and the leg in Las Vegas earlier this month. According to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, Black -- real name Darnell Carlton -- was shot at 3:30 AM on July 1st. Cops say they have located a "possible scene where multiple rounds had been fired" ... but no suspects have been arrested in connection with the shooting. Cops say the case is now being investigated as an attempted murder. So far, cops have not released a possible motive. Crunchy was one of the main members of Three 6 Mafia before leaving the group in 2006.

It looks like FANTASIA got played, again. Her baby daddy, ANTWAUN COOK , has been spotted hanging out up close and personally with KENDRA JAMES of the OXYGEN reality series Bad Girls Club. KENDRA posted a pic of the two of them on her Instagram with the caption “He’s a cutie!!! ” FANTASIA gave birth to her first son, Dallas Zavier Barrino, back in December all the while COOK was still legally married. According to sources, Soulja Boy was acting like a true groupie as he pleaded and begged other celebs that would walk past his seat to take pictures with him. Kelly just revealed some incredibly personal secrets in his new memoir, "Soulacoaster" ... including an explanation about why he decided to divorce his former back up dancer Andrea Kelly back in 2009.
